nigga dead

I love him. The Electrician is possibly my favourite song of all time.

STICKY WHEN??!!??!!???????!?

I was introduced to him in either 2009 or 2010 by an organ player at the local conservatory that I used to do free improvisations with. Great songwriter and his uncompromising quest for (to him) new and interesting sounds, well into an advanced age is very inspiring.

when he was alive i made a couple of threads about his music. they got like 3 replies and got deleted. i know Yea Forums is full of fantanodrones who jerk off to anything with the ''experimental rap'' tag, but damn it was disappointing.

Hand Me-Ups and Jesse are two of my favourites. He never hesitated to push the envelope, and while not all his songs are good, they certainly are all interesting.

I listened to The Walker Brothers for the first time today.

Scott Walker is great though, I’ve been listening to him for a while now. Although... I have yet to properly dive into a lot of his more experimental stuff, I’ve only listened to the four Scott albums, Tilt, Climate of the Hunter, and the one with Sunn O)))). All really good, even his first two albums have their charm.

FUCK

He's my favorite musician post-ww2. Love his old orchestral pop stuff, but love his later albums even more. Tilt is my personal favorite of his and is one of my top 5-10 albums ever. Was really hoping for one more album before he died. Bish Bosch was fantastic and he still had it.

I had the exact same experience. :(

It's too bad he can't shake hands or move his feet

Absolute legend. Discovered him thanks to Radiohead and David Bowie always talking him up. Now he’s one of my favorites. I was hoping he had at least one last album in him. RIP

Has there even been a musician who died at his age people could honestly say “still had it”? The only other artist I can think of is Bowie. Amazing he was 3/4ths of a century old and still putting out among his best work. That’s a once in a lifetime talent.

Too bad had he died. Another great one disappears.

Get out.

Probably the greatest male voice ever.

I think he's dead

implying experimental fart is any better

Actually, regular old farts are already way better.

bump

Drift was really god but he did soundtrack for a film about school shooting, I haven't seen it but I give 80% it's heavily bluepilled.

What film are you talking about?

he was a talentless third rate crooner

t. michael bublè fan

Most classical and actual experimental composers... Also, Bowie was always shit.

Think this song is about the Coca Cola death squads in South America?

Have you uploaded your manifesto yet?

Bish Bosch trailer was so good...
