depends on chart, sometimes i’ve heard every album on a chart and sometimes none. On average I would say I have heard around 25% of albums on a typical chart.

Maybe I should go back to therapy and stop shitting up these threads (though realistically no ones reading this. i mean, we're in dire straits here. ya gotta spin this positive, please for me, i mean really no ones reading this crap) but, like this probably just what being twenty one is like for everyone but I feel really useless. I'm almost ready to transfer to a uni for music but honestly I'm realizing I might not want to do this but I honestly don't want the stress of having to work insanely hard for some dumb, vague dream that's likely completely out of touch with my real desires. I mean, I grew up seeing my dad kill himself working two jobs seven days a week and he's still going now as he's almost sixty and I'm honestly not *poor* but I'm not firmly middle class and I just don't think it's worth chasing music for me. I'm a fucking basket case with no friends, dropped out of highschool no real education besides all the music shit, and like, if that doesn't work out what the fuck am i going to do? I don't want to wind up stuck in minimium wage hell like my dad but I feel like the ship has already sailed for me on almost everything. I'm not real smart, not interested in science or computers, not real handy, don't want to do military. I've thought about trade schools because I mean, I'm dumb as a rock but I realized I like being physical but as I said I'm not handy at all so I feel like I would get mollywopped trying to learn carpentry or something, even though I'd probably work my ass off
I've honestly been feeling for the last year or so that suicide might truly be one of my only legit options, like, there's just nothing for me anymore. I mean, I guess I do like playing the drums. When I get into it its all I think about, and its all Ive thought about for a decade now. It feels totally right for me to ruin myself in some ways but I ultimately feel I just can't turn my back on all this music bullshit
please feel free to make as much fun of me as you possibly can

my philosophy is, you're gonna die either way, so why the hell would you kill yourself. since it's just life and death and there's a lot more time in death than there is life, why not just have all the life you can. your quality of life doesn't depend solely on your utility for other people, it's okay to be useless so long as you can create meaningful thoughts and act on your decisions. if you ever have free time feel free to use it doing anything you want. try any of the drugs that don't come out of a lab and try taking a walk and thinking about life. we're social creatures, try talking to people. also that new joji album is trash, fuck that shit.

I truly wish some posters would only include one album per artist because seeing this much DG and Kanye does no one any favors

+Talking Head, Beach Boys, Radiohead, Beatles, Kate Bush, Chet Baker, Fishmans
Don't apologize for liking what you like my man. You have a lot of great stuff on here. You should give Herbie Hancock's Sextant a spin. You may have already heard it but it's an amazing album regardless.
Hunter Rogers
Yeah I get it. You lost your good taste in music. We've established that. But why? How did you go from a based thirteen year old listening to prog and new wave to some sort of pleb that's too afraid to actually post his chart?
Dylan Lewis

Jeremiah Young
Logan Cruz
Although this chart isn't entirely prog and I left out some prog albums I'd definitely recommend. Anything by King Crimson if you haven't already went through their discography. Brand X, Anthony Philips, Hatfield and the North, John Abercrombie, Magma, Premiata Forneria Marconi, Robert Wyatt, Steve Hackett, Todd Rundgren, and Locanda Delle Fate are all bands/artists I enjoy as well.
Joshua Bennett
Why do you guys even bother with this shit if you share same shitty basic bitch taste?
At least a small bunch of lads here have triple digit iq.
