I’ve sat down I’ve told myself I’ll listen to it side to side three times now. Can’t do it
>make music that sounds good?
>but this music is bad on purpose!!!!
I have, it's just not a very enjoyable listen.

worse than that there's some retard on this board that thinks Lick My Decals Off, Baby is the superior album
I think the zoomers need to view each song as a sculpture, each instrument a tool in constructing art.
>It sucks

TMR suuuucks and 98% of the people who like it don't even enjoy listening to it very much and are just being pretentious
>TMR suuuucks
no
>98% of the people who like it don't even enjoy listening to it very much and are just being pretentious
yes
Relatedly, where are you Yea Forums?
disliking it sincerely --> liking it ironically --> disliking it ironically --> liking it sincerely
But I do
I fucking CANT STAND the absolute retardation that must be had to make a statement like "I don't like _____, therefore NOBODY ELSE, no matter how sincerely they say they are enjoying it, must be actually enjoying it, actually, they are just saying that to make fun of ME." It's just such an insecure statement. Yes, other people can actually like things you don't like. Get over it.
it's a pretty good one, but Doc at the Radar Station is actually the superior album.
>listens
into the trash
>Doc at the Radar Station is actually the superior album.
This HAS to be bait.
How? It's pretty much a perfect album from start to finish. I would say Trout Mask, Safe as Milk, and Decals are about the same in terms of quality, and would be just below Doc, if I had to rank them. Honestly, Beefheart's my favorite musician of all time, so picking a favorite and ranking his albums is pretty damn hard. They're all incredible (except for bluejeans and unconditionally guaranteed, of course). If I were to pick a favorite of all time, though, it would have to be Doc at the Radar Station. There is not a single bad moment on that album.

It sucks that you don't know what "respective" means
Tom Waits' pastiches are actually better than the original.
I'll grant you it's one of his most consistent releases but not his best. btw Sheriff of Hong Kong is the worst track in the album (still not bad though) and Run Paint Run Run gets old really quick.
this post makes me want to vomit in my mouth
>Sheriff of Hong Kong is the worst track in the album
you take that right back, mister
Born in ‘98 and I first listened to it back in high school. It quickly became one of my favorite rock albums. Four years later and it still is. Not sure if you’d consider me a zoomer though, but I’d say I’m just an old zoomer.
Remember, this is a board for children. Instead of being correct, try asserting they can only understand this album if they are on drugs.
>My smile is stuck. I cannot go back to your frownland
I really wish this album had better production, is good tho
I've listened to some of his stuff but so far this one stood out the most. youtube.com
Is more of his material like this?
what do you care faggot? if you enjoy it then enjoy it, dont spend your time getting your panties twisted about what some other user might or might not enjoy
still the best rock double album of all times
It's fun and funny for like half an hour then it gets old
