ive kinda been on the edge of this for a long time - lke the body does what it needs to get to place and learning the language has been interesting
first or down stroke puts the energy into the system - can get one or two at least tap or bounce strokes with pressure from the fingers - and then the up stroke, which is both a grip with the fingers and/or an upward motion with the arm/wrist - which pivots at the wrist to make the upward motion of the arm into another downward energy adding stroke. now I just need out figure out alternating hands, ie getting bounces synchronized out of phase . . .
