Hi, everyone. I wrote this some time ago, but I'd thought I'd still share. The track isn't amazing, but the BBC did give it a play on a regional station, so there's that. Please give it a chance. Thanks.
Oh, and please check out the peeps I'm following. Peruse and listen to their content and you'll find something decent, I'm sure. Thanks for your time.
I like the murky and lofi take on post-punk, your mix has some clipping though and the crackling can be a little annoying, otherwise p cool shit definite rec I like the high tones and the touches of percussion here and there, but I think it gets the message across within the first minute, could use more development I really like the backing instrumental but the vocals are rough sounding, you just go out of key a little much
Yooo, a fellow Philly emo artist. Anyway, I like your vocal delivery. It's melodic and soft, but can also be really engaging, emotional, and have a good bit of bite. Your production is solid, getting some second wave emo inspirations for sure. Reminds me of ozma or pinkerton era weezer...assuming they're not the same band lmao. But nice work! Him if you'd be down to collab.
Thanks a bunch man. Simon Postford has been a huge influence on me musically. Ill even be at the last Shpongle Live band show in May, so that comparison means the world to me.
I love your track btw. Im gonna show it to my girlfriend later. It screams "sundance backing track" and i feel like shes really gonna dig it

That's very kind of you to say so. Thank you, my dude.

This is actually a remix of the very first track i ever recorded with a friend.
I like this, queued in my SC playlist and followed.
Gives me a pogo vibe, but in its own original way which i like. Followed and i listening to more of ya
Dont like the auto tune, but thats just not what my flavor is but the beat is fire af. But its tolerable and not overboard. Keep up the grind bro keep working hard
That art as your track covers is really great. Also; your sense of momentum and tension is enourmous. So punchy and hefty. Really a treat to listen too.
The vocal melody is beautiful, the piano sound is a bit stock for me. Gets a bit same-y until the sax solo. I like it overall.
This is just super fun music. I especially like Best Farm and Tricky. The "noisier" tracks like Finna and Corn Pop aren't my thing. Not something I can see myself coming back to but I enjoyed my time with it.
I liked the Modest Mouse cover. TM&A is one of my top 5 albums of all time. I decided to listen to some of the other tracks. whats left of the tracks is great.
I'm sorry to everyone, I'm not the best at giving feedback and I kinda got exhausted after a while lol. This is as much as I had the energy to do.
>First wave Black Metal >Bathory Cover >Black Metal vocals
Came back last week with a cover from Bathory's excellent "A Fine Day to Die" (1988), I'm finishing the vocals for verse 2 & 3 right now so be sure to check it out.
This is a vocal demo mostly, all the instrumentation is made by VST. Looking for feedback on the mix + mastering.
I'm finishing the recording today. So stay tuned \m/
Thanks a lot for the feedback ! I just find that every covers of this song didn't have the raw energy and dismal feel as Bathory's. At work at the moment, but I'll make sure to check your SC out today !
