ANSWER THE QUESTION TO VERIFY NO SHILL INTENTIONS - What made you want to make music in the first place?
First post so everyone has to say something nice about us lol
New album, our last, and easily our best >jangle pop >artsy indie/alt rock >For fans of Cap'n Jazz, Beat Happening, Sebadoh, someone in another thread said The Pixies too popspirit.bandcamp.com/album/brighter-plan
>What made you want to make music in the first place? To see if I'm even good at it but primarily because I don't know how to better express myself - I suck so hard at doing other things :D
I really like this track, really do, but I'm so distracted by that high bell-like part after 1:00 - it's so high in the mix it's ear-piercing at times. Would like to hear this a bit toned down a little so I can get the full effect of the intense nature of this track.
>What made you want to make music in the first place? Just always have. Never really liked learning other peoples songs. And learned instruments just by improvising what sounded good and started writing stuff. I also always loved music and admired musicians but I think I began writing riffs and things on guitaar before I even ever actively listened to music (as in researching, downloading stuff i liked)
thanks for telling me about the high freq sound. I was wondering why my head hurts for two days. I'll remove it and change the track

So short and the ending is so abrupt - feels like a bit of a sketch to a potentially better track than a final musical invention. I feel you can do much better than this - the elements are there, there's just not enough of them with little holding up. Making something basic and short but also very effective is a real challenge. Hope you'll manage it one day!

i liked it, did you record each instrument and then put it together?
