I unironically was obsess with them when I was 11. That used to be one of my favorite songs by them. I can't stand them, other than a few songs.

Funny, I liked them when I was younger then started to hate them. Eventually I started liking them again
Anyway there's so many bands from my youth that I can't believe I ever liked (Disturbed, Linkin Park, other generic nu-metal trash) but I guess they kinda bridged the gap from listening to what my parents did to what I listen to now
I was into punk for a short time, now I have a burning hatred for it.
Muse.
Let me guess, and now you're 18 and suddenly can't stand them! because you liked them when you were young!
im not 18 my music tastes have changed exponentially, plus I've been on this site since age 12 so its whatever, plus i kind of noticed how boring and whiny it sounds.
can't stand them because they're overhyped, bland three chord rock that zoomers and boomers are obsessed with, many of the reasons for such obsession have nothing to do with the music, while there is so much more interesting music out there.
I'm 26.
Whatever I liked when I were younger, I still like now. Maybe not as much but I don't outright dislike them.
>many of the reasons for such obsession have nothing to do with the music
sort of like your reasons for dismissing them
>that zoomers and boomers are obsessed with
please realize how incredibly meaningless your points are. "zoomers and boomers"? well that pretty much covers it, huh?
you know what i've noticed about nirvana fans? they always wear shoes
I've never seen a non-argument so thoroughly destroyed, good shit
The only part of that post that could be considered a valid argument is "bland three chord rock", and that's if you ignore how big their impact was on mainstream rock. But then again we're on Yea Forums so anything mainstream is probably SHIT to this guy
Thank you anons for setting the record straight here.
Korn and Linkin Park
With exception to two songs

I don't listen to them often but they held up to me
This but I'm 24. The only thing that happened to my music taste is that it expanded even more.
korn and panic at the disco unironically
thank god i listened to kid a, that set me straight.
I used to bump the shit out of 70's Rush when I was a tween/ teenager. Them and Yes were literally the only music I listened to for years. I started to break out of that when I was 16, and very slowly moved away from prog and classic rock as a whole.
I'm 21 now, and I cannot stand to listen to any of Rush's b sides from that era, their debut album, and especially 2112. I've lost my appreciation for the record, and it just sounds so flat to me now.
The first half of Yes' catalog remains to be one of my favorites, tho.
Metal.
Good thing I grew out of it when I hit 13
Korn, limp bizkit, icp
Let’s just relax
Disturbed, Evanescence, Linkin Park, Flyleaf, SOAD, Limp Bizkit, RATM, Nirvana, Apocalyptica, The Offspring, Metallica, Descendants, Beastie Boys, 311, No Doubt, Slipknot, every Metalcore band, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Pink Floyd, and just about every hip-hop act of the 2000s.
black veil brides
that is were and always will be shit but i got to like it because some emo chick listened to it who i tried to fuck
I've still like all my old music

A sad fact widely known
The most impassionate song
To a lonely soul
Is so easily outgrown
But don't forget the songs
