To be honest I'm not very familiar with much of this music. But yeah, Van Halen is overrated dad rock. The guitarist can "shred" I guess but I don't see the appeal of the whole band. Especially the singer. Eww his voice.

Laughing Stock is good, I gave it 4 stars too, Closer is a bit too low but to each their own.
I like Loveless a bit too much, its way more than a 4 stars, but the weezer rating is a bit too high, Pinkerton doesn't really do anything for me other than be boring.
