I think the first 2 Frank Black albums are actually getting reissues on the next April record store day according to the 4AD instagram which i still follow for some reason

yes, their only bad song is Um Chagga Lagga so ignore that.
It's very different and maybe not as good, but still good. From Indie Cindy I recommend the title song, Silver Snail and Another Toe In the Ocean. From Head Carrier I recommend Oona, Plaster of Paris, Tenement Song, Bel Esprit and All the Saints. Listen through the albums fully though, they're all short
