So the key is FAT, not protein. And fat can be fairly cheap (not as cheap as flour of shitty grain products, but still cheaper than meat). The only trick, the struggle, is to consume enough is palatable ways. Double cream is the key for me, that helps me skew the ratio way in favor of fat.
And then cheeses, some butter, olive oil where possible and any other fat you can add to your dinner where posible. E.g. sometimes I make a stirf fry - just hcicken and veggies, no noodles. But it is the greasiest motherfuckign stir fry in the world because I had so much oil. Firts fry the chicken in as much sonflower oil as possible, then when i add the veggies and tamari, I also add more sunflower oil and sesame oil - as much as I can. The end result is a very greasy, oily, keto-freidnyl stirfry. The key is fat/oil.

(for what it's worth, when i've had that mega coffee i don't feel hungry. my tummy definitely feels empty and might roar or gurgle a couple of times, but i don't get the other hunger symptoms - don't feel weak, tired, faint or cranky. don't feel like i can't concentrate. especially if i'm at a desk the whole day, i can then go wihtout food for the next 8 or 9 hours easily, not thinkign abotu it. it took a few months to adjust to it, at the beginning i was like you where i still felt like shit, btu once the body gets used to it it's smooth sailing).
