creep - radiohead
bump
*Album
The Raven that refused to sing.
Only Shallow
>Expected the album to be new wave like Map Ref. 41°N 93°W
>Get gothic rock and a doom metal song instead
I was blueballed so hard.
Sufjan Stevens - All Delighted People
The rest of his music is depressing slow drivel, even on the very same album.
Everyday is Halloween by Ministry I know he had a few synthpop albums but most of his music isn't
passenger of shit - stapletaplewormsonmypenis
faith no more - epic
incubus - every song on S.C.I.E.N.C.E.
deadmau5 - strobe
kanye west - power, all of the lights
napalm death - you suffer
How Soon is Now
La Rapet - Animal Collective
Forgotten Sons - Marillion.
animal collective - today's supernatural
MGMT - Siberian Breaks
Is there any band that sounds like passenger of shit's tapeworms on my penis?
ladies and gentlemen we're floating in space - spiritualized
i wanna be adored - stone roses
no, it's peak sonic exploration. there's bits and pieces of his discography that come close but none blend all those sounds seamlessly in that way.
>those shrieks
>those kickdrums
>those pretty chiptuney synths and distorted moaning under them
>that shrill tone melody
>the constant changeups that flow perfectly
it's unironically the best experimental song ever made
I half and half feel this for Brockhampton. I love what they have put out but I also wish every song was Boogie
Sun Kil Moon - Ben’s my Friend
this
Archers - Brand New
who dat?
Charles Mingus - Moanin'
That album is great, you don't like the 15th?
Triple Extension
Look At Me is an absolute banger but all his other shit is emo post-grunge garbage that should not have been made post-2000
>kanye west - power, all of the lights
he has plenty of orchestral-epic songs
Christian Dior Denim Flow, Lost in the World, Champion, Diamonds from Sierra Leone
>Sufjan Stevens
>The rest of his music is depressing slow drivel
how the fuck have you not heard Illinois? its pretty upbeat/bright
Same
i was a huge Smiths fan few years ago(listened all lives, compilations, etc) and How Soon is Now is one of songs i like the least
Vulfpeck - Dean Town
blue rondo a la turk - Dave brubeck
maudlin of the well - sleep is a curse
The one that always comes to mind is Sleep Party People - I'm Not Human At All because I adore that song but everything else they've done is boring as shit. It happens all the fucking time to a lesser extent though.
try For Reverend Green and Peacebone
Dälek - Forever Close My Eyes
although the rest of their stuff has grown on me
Crystal Castles - Kept
I totally get this, even if I love loveless
The stranglers - golden brown
Seven Nation Army
Unrest - Suki
Mgmt - little dark age
fuck the rest of this album
Some V Snares stuff, check out the track Hand Throw
pepper - butthole surfers

For me it's Loomer.
shoutout to thom yorke
Boob
nigga fuck outta here
pleb motherfucker
look through his old soundcloud stuff, theres a ton of old bangers
None of their other songs sound like only shallow.
Thank God, as that's the worst song on loveless.
Incredibly based, fuck mbv and fuck loveless
Kinda not really.
The first verse from slump on aquemini is god tier but after checking out the rapper the rest of his work is shit
Jamie Lidell - Completely Exposed
better watch out for the skin deep
this one makes absolutely no fucking sense. STGSTV is a very focused album in terms of "sound"
this one makes some sense, but strawberry jam has a few songs like it
>predatory wasp of the palisades
>chicago
>come on feel the illinoise
>depressing slow drivel
t. hasn't listened to cephei
Idles - Colossus
That track is so good, but the rest of the album is nothing like it
I haven't listened to Brutalism yet, but I'm concerned
All I'm getting is the bows have broken is this it??
Strawberry Switchblade - Go Away
Really? I feel like this track fits really well with the rest of Elephant and there's some similar stuff on Icky Thump as well.
Megadeth for me, honestly.
Just listen to The Cure
swans - blind
Dire Straits - Money for Nothing
I still hope they will click one day.
Dude check out Rattus Norvegicus, it's fantastic. You really should give them another chance.
King Gizzard - Crumbling Castle
Why did the second half of Polygondwanaland have to suck so bad?
>41°N 93°W
go here, obviously
youtube.com
fuck off cfh/mitchell/nik
Same
for me its Sometimes
R Kelly - Ignition Remix
>LAGWAFIS
this one
Maud Gone by CSH
hot n fresh now i'm pissin'
youtube.com
I loved this song so much I listened to 3 of their albums and nothing else even comes close. Incredibly disappointing.
what in the everloving fuck? let me guess, you listened to Carrie & Lowell next, since it's his popular one? fucking idiot
>stapletapewormsonmypenis
God damn that's a good song
the first train
Nigga just turn your vacuum on for an hour lol
New York, I Love You But You're Bringing Me Down - LCD Soundsystem
Same. Was disappointed that the rest of Loveless wasn't chill.
I remember I listen Taste of Men and I thought that the album could have the same feeling, pure shit
Which song of Megadeth?
I had the same opinion that Only Shallow was the only worthy song in Loveless, god, I was soo wrong
Palmer Squares - So Long
Literally their whole discography is shit but this song is literal perfection
youtube.com
Except Dirty Elegance rips shit and I love everything they do.
Special K is a good song
Revolution 9
hyperballad
Metanoia
TOPS - Petals
Although their other songs are like it but not nearly as good. Petals is amazing but the rest of that album and what I've heard of their other music is kinda boring imo
You should check out that Fearless Flyers project their bassist was involved in. Ace of Aces is a good one
Behemoth - Bartzabel
Father John Misty - Mr. Tillman
Car Seat Headrest - Nervous Young Inhumans
Sweet Trip - Dsco
Have a nice life - A quick one before the eternal worm devours Connecticut
for me it's my girls
Sort of this though I like a few other tracks on Loveless
Car-built to spill
Venus Fly
>You Suffer
I mean it's like 3 seconds of all their songs in 1.
Is kindy good, but what other song from that album is worth?
pleb
Bloom- Radiohead. This was the first time I heard Radiohead and I was blown away. But none of their others has ever sounded anything like it. I still love them tho.
Year and A Day - Beastie Boys
youtube.com
All of their other songs are ostensibly like this, but they're all bad.
Turtles - happy together
some of the tracks on You Will Never Know Why come close
good take
This is so fucking good I'm literally in tears laughing at how incredible this sounds - the bongos, the maracas, the snapping it's all so good
Thissss
The Used - Taste of Ink
My cousin downloaded the album to my Sansa years ago and I could not get myself to like any of the other songs.
I Wanna be Adored, the rest of the album is just Jangly Britpop and doesn't have the same vibe as opening. I am not saying the album is bad and I know similar albums to this song just pointing out that the first song really stand out from the rest of the album
I see you've heard all his discography and made absolutely correct statement, retard, listen to Impossible Soul at least
Massive Attack - Five Man Army
youtube.com
Nothing else comes close to the same vibe for me, and then every other album goes for a totally different sound that I like for other reasons. Oh well
Ooh this is a jam
based
Rolling Stones - Paint It Black
That's the problem with Yea Forums children, you only care about albums, literally about the fucking art on the cover, about prestige, about names, about your little lists.
Who the fuck cares? When you like the song, you like the song. I can't even name a band or probably not even an album I really love, but I love a lot of songs.
So fucking underage.
Okay boomer pleb
I listen to albums therefore I listen, know more songs and artists than you
I get that
Started listening to them with Colossus, thought "Woah, i love that shit, got to listen to the album" and i was kinda disapointed at first, but then Never Fight a Man with a Perm clicked, and i think that this are the two best songs on the album, the more creative of all
After a few more listening, i started notice some other ones, like I'm Scum, GREAT and so, not as unique as the first two but still some nice catchy punk
nigger joga, bachelorette, cocoon, etc
