I think this is what scruffy gave it. Not far off...i'd give it an 8/10. is half right. The memes have helped it and it is a great New Wave record, but it isn't the best New Wave record...it's not even the best New Wave record of that month, or week for that matter..and yeah it's quirky, but lots of New Wave was doing the herky jerky thing.
