Frank Ocean blonde. Omg he’s a genius

what triggers me is that she's making emphasis in "entirely" like it's a hard thing to do, fuck this people

for real!! such a vibe. i can literally listen to every single song and not skip one

there are very few albums where i could listen to every song on the album and my enjoyment stays consistent

>blonde

Isn't that the point of albums? Albums are supposed to be listened to in their entirety unless you're a fucking calcium deficient moron.

Most of ELO's discography.

>listening to artists who make albums with skippable tracks
Why?

I don't get what's so special about kanye really. Sounds like most rap-pop music to me. I'll give you portishead though, they're awesome.

Because other tracks of them are awesome? A shit ton of Daniel Johnston stuff is skipable imo.

This. She definitely has a short attention span.

Every artist that I listen to. Are people really like this?

Disintegration by The Cure

Don't forget Klaatu.

The Dear Hunter

animal collective

pavement

even when i was 10 years old i had pop rock/pop albums i could listen to entirely, this bitch must've had the shortest attention span ever

This. When you're a kid and have literally five albums in your collection, you know every song on those albums inside and out.

you mean marathon? or just like everything they released?

This. I am listening to the new High Tides album all the way through. Chillwave af, never listened to the group before but...I almost listen to albums exclusively in their entirety. I don't just pick and choose generally. I feel dirty if I just seek out singles.

This. I am unreasonably angry at this assumption.

congrats, you've heard 16 albums. that's not even the full Yea Forums chart lol

The sex pistols.
But that's cheating.

I can do 70% most.
Which is odd because I used to play through 100% of Pink Floyd's "The Wall" all the time.

here ya go

Attached: R-724131-1432669183-4699.jpeg.jpg (600x600, 131K)

Neil Young
OutKast
Burial
Joy Division
Playboi Carti
Cocteau Twins
A$AP Rocky
Jeff Buckley

that's understandable, The Wall has a lot of short interludes. the 70% mark is exactly when all the twee pop stuff starts, so I get it

its not that hard but even Yea Forums has to admit most good albums have 1 or 2 shit songs and that theres very rarely a truly flawless album

>I used to play through 100% of Pink Floyd's "The Wall" all the time
I can't even make it to Another Brick in the Wall (Part 1)

Com Truise - In Decay

honestly, that long ass ambient song on Filosofem tests my patience sometimes.

I think the best approach to making a record is to shorten it at the end of recording 2 albums worth of material.
Radiohead did that all the time in the 90's and that made their records 10/10 right up to 2007 (they seemed to stop doing it recently).
Siamese Dream must have had so many out-takes.
Those out-takes you rerecord and combine later for new tracks.

Two things might not work, but then you combine them and for some reason it just works. The pattern created invokes something in people if done correctly.

King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard

Basically, all the albums I've listened to so far..
