Sammy Hagar is great, people just say they don't like the Hagar era because they had more poppy or soft songs but they would have done that with Dave anyway, just like they were doing when they put out JUMP

Montrose and pre-VH Hagar was actually decent. Van Hagar was 95% trash. F.U.C.K. had a couple of good songs on it, but still wasnt anywhere close to those first six albums.
