This is amazing as it logically follows a path to resolution. Like standing at the top of a waterfall and then rushing down to the water below.
This is trash. It starts off with a chord that feels like a statement on it's own. Then is jumps to something else aimlessly wandering around trying to find where it belongs, spewing superfluous nonsense in an attempt to appear sophisticated.

The second half of the jingle sounds like as the console was glitching out. Simply terrible choice for a console startup sound.
