Yeah, Bark Psychosis are really cool, although I probably didn't give them enough listens as I should have back when I checked out that first wave post-rock scene. I got more into Talk Talk, Disco Inferno, Cul de Sac, stuff like that; although, I do remember enjoying Hex.
I assume you've already checked out Dweller on the Threshold since they're also on Enemies List, but also look up Afterlives - A Ticking Clop I Couldn't Stop for a similar vibe to HANL. And Vàli – Forlatt is some great instrumental neofolk from Norway.
Flood is my top album of all time, and Feedbacker is up there too. Windy & Carl are wonderfully soothing. Drawing of Sound and Antarctica are amazing to relax and fall asleep to. Depths is great too, actually.
