He did, he just moved to keyboard playing duties

>marquee moon
>the real mccoy
>american don
>larks tongue in aspic
>black saint and the sinner lady

literally king gizzard and the lizard wizard's entire discography

I don't really like the drumming on this very much. It tries to be too showy and only succeeds like half the time. Honestly thought the drumming on m b v was far more tasteful.

god i love this album, such a funky jam. would appreciate any similar fav you have

their drumming is actually not that good. sounds the same in every song they have, also the same exact drum fill every time

Unfair pic, since everything in this album is literally amazing

And then got fired before Disintegration for being a musical illiterate.

You can tell there are no drummers anywhere near this thread. God what a load of bollocks. Isn’t Anything? Good Drumming? What planet are you people smoking crack on?

The showy in your face approach is what I like so much about it. At times it's totally at odds with everything else musically, but it gives the album a unique driving energy that I haven't really found in other shoegaze releases.
The drums are so good on that album that it overshadows everything else that's going on

Some of the best drumming of all times
