I tried getting into Maus recently and I only really liked Songs and Censors; I couldn't get into Screen Memories. I've yet to hear Addendum, but I've heard it's kind of similar to his first few albums. Is it worth it?

let me guess, you think he's right wing because he was friends with sam hyde

censors and songs are arguably his masterpieces, with love being a bridge between the two but not as good. there are some great high points but his other albums just flow better/more consistently. screen memories sounds different because he tried to build his own synths, and i believe addendum is mostly takes that didn't make the cut for screen memories. still worth a listen

you're so mad right now

weak

lmao, what? stewart is insanely liberal, even for me

very few of the musicians in this thread are actually right-wing politically.

world peace was a very funny show but the amount of fucking losers it introduced to john maus is a tragedy

this is a joke right? dude is a raving frothing at the mouth shitlib who unironically wanted to stage a coup when trump took office

>album named after a fucking Badiou quote
>right wing
epic

>world peace was a very funny show
Not really. Most of Hyde's material is just knockoff Tim & Eric / Eric Andre esque stuff.

>Those pakis who moved down the road turned their bathroom into another bedroom and now shit on newspaper and throw it over the fence
Flippin' 'eck Ian

tim and eric did not invent glitchy ironic humor please stop with this meme

>lib
>wanted to stage a coup
based politically illiterate poster

in a way they did, but i think it was original enough. cerrtainly not godawful. the fanbase on the other hand is truly so bad

libs and commies are now basically the same thing (no matter how much they want you to think otherwise)

>inb4 300 year old definition of liberal
times have changed.

Why do people disrespect the art of the artist by focusing on their political beliefs?

I hate him.

All the "artists" posted ITT are just racists.

because norwegian "jails" are like summer camps. you get a bed, fresh food and internet access. so if the average Yea Forums user was sentenced to jail in norway, it literally would not change their lives at all. lmao

Josh Homme is right-wing?

libertarian, which by today's standards is practically far-right. a while back QOTSA made an anti-trump post on their instagram, josh later claimed it was made by an intern of the band and it did not express their views.

>protest votes for a neo-liberal
>right wing
