my favorite is definitely american football, it's probably my favorite album even outside of Yea Forums-related shit. kid a was good but definitely a bad start for listening to radiohead. i ofc love itaots & mbdtf. bjork is one of my favorite artists.

stop listening to Yea Forumscore and explore other significant albums in the genres/scenes that you liked. for example, if you liked The Velvet Underground, try listening to the rest of their discography then explore the genres of the parts you liked. If you enjoyed the noise rock bits, try listening to significant noise rock bands like Sonic Youth, Les Rallizes Denudes, Swans, etc. Then you can split off into influenced genres like No Wave and maybe other forms of noisy music.
Doing this will help you get a good understanding of a genre or music scene rather than just a surface level understanding. Of course it is always good to explore a variety of genres, I feel it is more important to have a good understanding of the genres you like.

If you want to ignore this, go for Soundtracks for the Blind, but listen to Swans's earlier albums first
