My recommendation for shrooms is definitely be out and about in nature, like a park or a botanic garden or something. Music is good for the come down though as well. Never taken LSD.

For individuals that already have intense feelings when listening to music, going to see one of your favorite artists while tripping is one of the best things you could do.
Had a couple tabs of normal lsd and about 1.5g shrooms + an edible. Could feel things I had never felt before and probably never will. Was heaven on Earth for about 8 hours.

I very much enjoy acoustic music if that's what you mean by nature sounds. 70s folk music like Van Morrison -Moondance or Grateful Dead - American Beauty seem to fit that bill very well.
