EWBAITE, though on second thought I wouldn't call it great. It had some duds.

Yeah I'd give it a 6, better than most of their new shit save for White.
I'd rank it Blue, Pinkerton, White, Green, EWBAITE, Red, Maladroit, and the rest I'm not going to bother.

you know I both understand and don't understand the hate for green, it's still got some of the emotion and it's a nice summer album so I enjoy it but I see why people were disappointed with it because going to green after blue and pinkerton would have been pretty jarring

being a weezer fan since 1994 would be a hell of a ride.

Black Album really grew on me and I'm really glad to be enjoying it

Its Weezer's best attempt at a pop record yet. Not amazing, but a number of surprisingly good tracks. Rivers' lyrics are pretty trash on most of the tracks though.

I really like what they did instrumentals, some nice use of guitars. Some songs do sound darker in their sound

Make Believe is underrated

They already did a better black album before pinkerton
