I think like 80% of all Steely Dan/Donald Fagen songs are hilarious, especially because the sons' sordid subject matters clash so well with their hyper-produced recording aesthetic.

For some specific "comedy" songs from Steely Dan (omitting Fagen's solo stuff), I'd try:

They Might Be Giants, though it's more subdued they can get quite hilarious on their early albums.

For sure. Morph the Cat is wonderful. And towards the topic at hand: H-Gang and Morph the Cat itself are both amusing songs.
