Daily reminder Spiritualized made the best live album and not Fishmans.

That's not And All That Could Have Been

fuck off death grips boy

Should I listen to this if I've never heard anything else from them?

yes

This album got me into Spiritualized

>non-jazz live albums
why bother

>Live album that’s not Portishead in ‘97
Why bother?

Based. That's the actual best live album ever.

>That’s not Nirvana live in New York

Young Man Blues makes this album kino alone.

Nah, it is a fantastic live album though. But pic related is probably my favorite live album ever.
Other contenders include
Grateful Dead - Europe 72
Grateful Dead - Live/Dead
The Doors - Absolutely Live
The Band - The Last Waltz
Swans - Swans are Dead

>Fishmans
Literally unknown outside of Yea Forums and RYM.

Considering the amount of Yea Forums and RYM-tier facebook groups that exist now, Fishmans is known by more people than ever before.

I prefer Live at Stubb's, 7/2000

my third favorite live album

Stubbs would be better if there was a decent vinyl release, for now we get an overpriced bootleg.
Still waiting on a Painting the Town Brown reissue, which I imagine is coming eventually.

GWS Live is the best though

>Not Portishead NYC Live

public castration is a good idea

>We will never hear the full Rolling Thunder Revue

Swans Are Dead and Deliquescence are superior

...

yes, then listen to Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space. You will not regret it.

this is brilliant, but I have to give it to my boy Neil

Just listening to this for the first time. Fuck me, how did I miss out on this for so long? Amazing.

Budd by Rapeman is my fav live track

All amazing picks. I’d include the 1974 Wembley concert by Pink Floyd here. Probably the best DSOTM show on recording (since it was professional released by the band). If anyone wants there’s a link in the archive to download it.
