3.) listen to the first ten minutes of Danse
4.) return to Spirit

the point is that, in order to fully appreciate Spirit and get beyond it's abrasive first impressions, you have to have some tolerance for noise and be well acquainted with AnCo's general style and aesthetic. listening to Danse for ten minutes is optional but helps by showing that Spirit isn't even their most abrasive album
