i've been in an emo binge recently, i'm listening to The World is a Beautiful Place and I'm Not Afraid to Die's Whenever if Ever, also really enjoying that. I'm taking my time in getting into jazz, started going through Miles Davis's discography and I'm liking that quite a bit, just checking some of the essentials and trying out whatever I find.
Honestly, I've had a love-hate kind of relationship with Veteran. There's times where I really dig it and I'll put it on in the background, but it's not an album I revisit often, Peggy's not an artist I particularly praise or respect, and I'm not really a fan of his lyrics. Not a lot of substance to it. Not that I expect substance from a genre where you load diarrhea out the mouth over some shitty beat but you get it.

I just think its flash over substance. Stuff like My Thoughts On Neogaf Dying are funny as fuck the first time around, but I'd never want to go back to listen to it. Not too interesting outside of being amusing the first time around for me.
