these pics are very different though.

i would say that rap is much more artistic and that most of people already think this, it's not even remotely as sophisticated though, as far as the technical knowledge and physical prowess of jazz

no but i think that people will look back at rap with nostalgia like people do jazz now

Peggy pic is shopped, stop spamming this thread faggot

Proof? Otherwise I'm going to assume you're just an upset jpeg fan.

Requesting more pics of 50s jazz audiences losing their shit, can be any race

Guy on sax not a jazz guy. Early rock guy. Big Jay McNeely.

Me on bottom right obscured by stage

im the one busting a fat nut in the top right

You're welcome

It's not. It's from a festival, look it up by yourself if you don't believe me.

Not unless rap goes through it’s “bebop” stage and transitions from pop into a style of art music like jazz did.

10 years ago that was a possible direction it could have gone but now it seems improbable.

WYTE BOI BETTA PUT HIS HANDS UP

the difference here is that the people in the audience in the top picture are fucking nutting over the mind-blowing sounds while the people in the bottom picture are just recording whats happening and thinking "ha ha this is cool"

Wtf one of the guys in this is my old boss haha

true, but either way they're both just enjoying the spectacle of a black man performing music for them

(c)rap isnt really music though

what is it then?

That's what live performance is.

wtf
