Mine:
-Jefferson Airplane is a mediocre band
-TVU/N is not even good for it's time
-Frank Zappa made more interesting music from 1966 to 1970 than any classical musician during the same period even though he is considered a joke amongst classical critics.
-1. Outside and Earthling are David Bowie's best albums, by FAR.
-The influence of Brian Eno is totally overblown
-Joanna Newsom is the greatest popular lyricist of all time, by a lot, far better than Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen.
-Rap artistically died around 1990 and has been a corporate-forced commercialized zombie for almost 30 years now, and is considered "alive" because of sales and popularity. Jazz, rock and many other less popular genres are very much alive artistically while being "dead" in terms of sales.
>Future garage is the best genre from the 2010s.
