Shitting blood means you likely have a tear in your rectum.
You should be worried when you have blood IN your shit.
If your shit comes out dark, almost black. Or with a really mushy consistency, then in worst case, you have stomach or colon cancer.
If you're lucky, you have a tear in your colon or a stomach ulcer, but those are still serious and will need surgery to fix.

But if you have blood ON your shit or you're JUST shitting blood, then it's not that big of a deal. It'll usually heal in a week or two. If it doesn't heal in a month, then 100% see a doctor.
If you don't have the insurance. Swallow the debt pill and go to a doctor.
The sooner you see a doctor, the less you'll have to pay. The more you hold out, the more complications can come up. Meaning you pay more money and you could be even more fucked up and live a shittier life on top of that.
