That's the cool part though. It wipes your memories every run, but you can still hear about your past characters' exploits sometimes if you were raised by an NPC with the Storyteller perk or your character gets an education.

Mike Mosbach is said to be the kidnapper of the children and Virginia
Newbon knows this has been done and supported it.

Well Neil is an NSA agent, Neil does own the porn industry extensively
worldwide, Neil does have the penis deformity where fulfillment cannot
be had by an adult woman, Neil is not married nor never has been, Neil
has performed crime against me and so has Michael Mosbach, and their
puppet Virginia Newbon. Furthermore doing a character analyzation of
morality, Virginia Newbon has had sex with Neil, Mike Mosbach, Geddy
Lee and Alex Lifeson. She is the band "whore".
So that these characteristics are true, the facts as stated are true,
I have difficulty disbelieving the claims made to me that Neil Peart
had Michael Mosbach kidnap children and engaged in forcing them to
have sex with him. Where this happened I do not know.
Steven Spielberg was fully supportive and enabled this to happen.
