let me explain what he's doing.

Here he claims that he access to a .pdf with exclusive content in it.
He's grabbed a couple of samples off of various websites to make it appear legit.
He can't however post the uncensored version of this image because he doesn't actually have access to the content, it's a lie.

What he did here He posted a TIME SENSITIVE paste bin with a link to a mega upload file.
The reason it's time sensitive is to trick people into rushing and not thinking about what might actually be in there.

I'll make it clear for you, whatever he's trying to get people to download off mega upload is bad news.
