I'll give you the fair warning that I have 0 experience with female dogs, only my boi Kaiser and a mare I love to death at the ranch I work at, that being said, if she sees you as her person, as in she always wants to be around you, loves to cuddle with you, and you love being around her, then hell yeah she'll love it and she'll love you. She's 4 years old so she's gone through plenty of heats so she's not gonna be confused as to what's going on, it's up to you if you want to wait until she's next in heat or not, that's really all dependent on her size, if she's super tight then waiting 'till heat is a good idea, if she's decently sized and her vulva is firm but not extremely tight then you are all good to go if you wanted to do it right now.
Some tips I have are here:
Make sure your fingernails are short as you don't want to accidentally scratch her
Be gentle with her, go slow and do a lot of rubbing and if you want, go down on her and give her some oral
When you do actually start fingering her, make sure your fingers are wet as to make it as easy, comfortable, and pleasurable for her, just sticking your finger in your mouth and getting it wet with your salvia should be enough
Try to massage her clit, pic related is a chart to help but like I said I have no experience with female dogs so I have no idea how easy it is
