ABILITIES
- Heavy Artillery - Defence and Attack is tripled.
- Gag Reflex - Gets an extra attack when enemies are granted The Bird Fortune, without losing any stamina. This will prevent the rest of the enemy attack, including extra hits and effects.
Hear me out. 77 stat points seems like a lot, but they're distributed terribly here. 45 DEF and 6 HP only provides about triple the typical bulk. 9 ATK and 1 SPD provides 1/16th of the attacking power. His stamina is his greatest strength.
Gag Reflex compensates partially. This yosho can only expect to win by Stamina Stalling. 45 DEF isn't enough for this to work terribly well.
0.4 * [(16 ATK * 5 power * (1+1)) / 45 DEF] = 1.422
I tested against Kryon. Kryon can do this much damage 4 times before stamina gets too low. Force Fields give Kryon a fighting chance. Kryon has a 1 in 7 chance of winning this way.
Combat Stance can't defeat Artillery. They look like good matchups. But I made loads of test yoshos just to see how good Artillery would be, and he falls apart quite easily against offensive yoshos.
If you think he's that bad, swap his ATK and HP. Kryon can kill him then.
If other submissions easily kill him, Artillery is probably fine as is. I like this yosho a lot. The cannonball trolley is the best part.

You could make it only double the ATK and DEF, but THEN THEY'D ONLY HAVE 53 STAT POINTS AND, with that distribution, THEY'D NEVER EVER WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
