I find all the science and technology around transgenderism fascinating, admittedly it played quite heavily on my mind when i was younger but honestly the whole process kinda freaked me out.
But anyway, i'm vaguely optimistic that there will be a point where transgender people will be relatively indistinguishable from those who are naturally born that way and may even have genuine lady/boyparts.

Probably not, unless they can somehow prevent aging. That's probably the biggest issue in the long run.

their usual solution to this is to molest and brainwash their child converts earlier in life. They think if the child is chemically castrated before puberty they will age more like the opposite sex.
