The threads you are objecting to do NOT infringe and of those rules except, perhaps, "flooding the board" but three simultaneous threads with somewhat similar content is NOWHERE near as bad as some other categories of post that frequently get into double figures of very similar content to one another.
If you make a LEGITIMATE report of relevant rule infringement the mods DO consider your report and if they agree with your report they almost invariably delete the thread(s) and if appropriate they will issue a ban with whatever duration they see fit.
