how to be happy almost everyday?

Attached: 1569268191856.jpg (400x400, 17K)

Nah just to survive

Marriage can wait.
Love alone is not enough.
Women are as shallow as men, they'll just never admit it.
Women love fucking as much as men, you just have to get it out of them.
Women get tired of fucking the same guy too.
Men are the most insecure bitches in the world when their masculinity is challenged.
Men marry thinking women will never change and they do and women marry thinking men will change, and they don't.

used to be a depressed little cuck boy and stayed up to 6 am, woke up in the middle of the day and felt like shit.
first thing that helped me change my life was waking up early, waking up at 8-9 AM and doing something makes you feel 1000x better than just wasting ur time and feeling like ur life is worthless, the second thing was studying and working out. I went from failing every class to being a law student and went from being a fat ass who could barely walk up the stairs to being in pretty good shape.

Just be yourself!

Yeah I have a horrible sleep schedule that I need to fix

generally speaking for me it was just the small stuff, studying, working out, cleaning my room that made the entire difference. it's impossible to be happy sitting in a small shitty smelly messy room at 5 am.

If you get some money together early on in your life, invest it. im 29 now and i regret spending 5k when i was 18 pretty hard. i could literally retire a few years earlier due to compound interest

Stay off of sugar
Keep a regular sleep schedule with enough hours for you
Get some sunlight every day
Get some social contact every day

Damn I cant blame that kid for the wet pants

I need help making irl friends what do you recommend

Know when to keep your mouth shut / opinion to yourself.
Either no one cares or you'll get yourself in trouble.

Join clubs. Volunteer.

I don't go to school but volunteering may be a good idea

That 100% boosts personal morale.

There are countless clubs outside of school.
I made a lot of friends at the American Legion for instance.

Where'd you find that picture of me

Taste your own semen you might enjoy it

How do you find said clubs

Use google. How do you find restaurants near you?

Good but wasted.

Where do you think you are?

fake it till you make it baby

i agree. i feel so much better when i maintain a normal sleep schedule for a prolonged time. if you are used to staying up until early morning and then sleeping until noon you probably dont even realize how shit it makes you feel because you are so used to it.

This will probably sound cringy as fuck but imagine your goals and your life as an mmo grind-heavy videogame. Like warframe or something. To maximize your grinding and rewards potential, you need to only focus on one goal at once, and do exactly that. "If I start grinding right now to get that legendary X, I need to equip Y, go to Z, and complete A. It will takeabout half an hour to do stage one. After that, I can take a break, set some tendies and relax for a couple of minutes. Then I can come back, and do the next mission to get to stage 2. After that, I should get X."

If let's say, your objective is to finish some work-related task, then think of the legendary reward as the completion of the task, the writing as the grinding process, etc... Maybe you're doing a long questline, the top reward of which is a promotion. If you do your work shittily, then maybe the consequence system can stop you from getting said reward.

Then hows your progress so far?

what the hell is grinding?

I wish I had the motivation to min/max my real life like I do in video games. I don't mind grinding some menial boring shit on runescape for 20 hours but I can't find the motivation to even spend 3 hours on something for university...

When you sit down and keep working in a videogame to earn something, or doing a mission over and over again to earn a rare loot drop, or collecting lots of resources to build something.

Dude do you even play videogames, how do not know grinding?

Thanks for the answer. The last time I picked up a controller was for NHL 2004.

Pretty okay. It makes daily tasks and schoolwork sound less boring and dull.

Right now I'm trying to get the passive effect "Mathematician's wisdom" that allows me to know what the fuck to do in math. The grinding is quite annoying, as I have to grind for multiple days, and many youtube tutorials to know what to do. One of my guild members helped me and basically hard-carried me through the last checkpoint so that's nice. I hope he can help me again soon

You won't find me on Yea Forums on the first 2-3 weeks of the month. After that, I run out of money and I
'm stuck at home with store-bought beer. But those few weeks are a blast. And FFS, take your time committing to a relationship. Late 20s / early 30s is perfect for settling down.

don't do drugs. it just fucks you over in the long run. i'm in my late 20's and my liver already has early cirrhosis from drinking. every choice you make can undermine your body forever.

For any lurking underage faggots, don't spend your teenage years isolated at home while playing videogames. It's my worst regret in life and I'm now a 25yo socially incompetent retard that can't make any friends since I spent all those years I should've spent learning how to socialise and making friends on playing vydia 24/7.

Nice
