well i dont think that win10 would work, but i'm completely sure that mac os won't. all mac os versions were built for running on very specific machines, i guess that you would have to decompile (aka reverse engineer, which is already extremely hard for mac os) the entire OS and program its drivers to fit in the ps4.
even linux does not run very well in the ps4 (drivers' fault), it's relatively laggy and slow, but what the hell, it works flawlesly as a small server. btw, the only "disadvantage" of linux is that sometimes you'll have to use the command terminal instead of user interfaces. notice the quotes, as if you're a bit into programming, the terminal will let you do very powerful and automated things just by typing and hitting enter

i basically just want a web browser that isn't garbage on my ps4
i don't even need a whole os
