Yeah with technology built in you're most likely looking at phenomenally higher prices. However I have never looked into the costs, so I don't have an answer for you in that case.
Personally I don't think doll technology is advanced enough to consider that option currently, I feel like you would be wasting money on a prototype stage model when you could be patient and wait for doll robotics to get better when aliens finally allow us to enter the next stage of technology after we can prove that we aren't a worthless fucktard species.
