My therapist said I should try meditation so I signed up for a class. It was boring as fuck. I can't stand not being constantly mentally stimulated. It drives me insane sitting around doing nothing. I signed up for sky diving lessons now instead and have much more fun with that. Had the first lesson last weekend. Feels fucking great.

Yoga was first used by monks to de-rust their bodies because they were sitting all day praying, so they came up with all sorts of stretches to keep their bodies fit.It used to be an exercise and about controlling breath, it's kinda emptied out now but you can still find useful yoga stuff online or out in the world.

1. Sit down in a manner where the body is in a unstressed yet optimal position
2. You force yourself to breath properly, as if you where fully awake and in hard exercise
3. You continue doing long controlled breaths
4. You defocus and completely let go, maybe fall back to only counting breaths

So now you are in a conflicted state. You are passive and have let go, so normally your body would just have no real heart rate or blood pressure.
But since you breath properly in a optimal position, there is a lot of blood pressure and it works well.
So what happens?
A bunch of stuff happens, and its a lot better than just resting those few minutes you even spend just breathing and forcing your body to experience fullness without doing anything.

I really love it when you keep on going, and you cycle trough all the passive senses you have repressed, feeling it for a short amount of time. But thats just for 10 minutes, you could go deeper.
