They are both legal as long as you don't live in one of the fly over states or the garbage south.

Because it's all a system of control meant to keep people in numb servitude, while also dying as early as possible to reduce the costs of seniors needing care in this country. The whole reason it's taking so long for it to be removed from schedule 1, is they're trying to find the best way to maximize their profits, while keeping fair competition to a minimum. Also bible thumping mouth breathers who kind of don't like it, but will get faced on piss beer every other day.
