honestly caught me off guard, i mumbled something like "Oh, I'd have to look at your benefits package and make a decision"

but she didn't accept that as a deflection, told me about their benefits and then asked me again

i learned the technical skills before the social skills so i did well on the coding challenges but was awkward as hell everywhere else. still got the job, though
