Well the thing is if they escalate it you have proof you are innocent, there is no legal case on you, no police interview, no investigation by the authorities where you are. All this is proof that you are innocent by the way. Also if they are just saying that you hit on them and that nothing more happened then what the fuck do you even care, spread the rumor that they were the ones who struck out with you, not the other way around. Its your word vs theirs, be dismissive of them, but don't get angry or frustrated, be calm and in control, show them that you could give a fuck about what happens because you are confident in the end that you have already won.

I just don't have any concrete proof that nothing happened is the issue. Ya know?
