Bomp

Boring responses but here's a free bump so you have a chance to be more creative.

>Schizophrenia
what's schizophrenia?

Hello fellow schizo. What's your favorite moment during psychosis? For me, it was when my tulpa actually moved and we played chess together while joking around. Yes Im 100% serious.

What are some things people should look out for that could be indicators of schizophrenia developing?

Are you ok. I hope the voices aren't too bad today

why do all of your friends hate you

I have lots and lots of thoughts about killing people and animals. I'd rather not have these thoughts and I feel pretty moral when I'm not having these thoughts. Could it be what you have?

>Boring responses
Boring questions get boring answers.
>what's schizophrenia?
A mental disorder categorized by delusional thinking, hallucinations, social isolation and a bunch of other things.
Google would give you a much better answer than I can to that.
>Hello fellow schizo.
Hello.
>What's your favorite moment during psychosis?
>favorite
>psychosis
Those two words do not belong in the same sentence.
>What are some things people should look out for that could be indicators of schizophrenia developing?
It's really hard to see the symptoms in yourself.
Some of the things you can see include stuff like:
Frequent night terrors
Paranoia attacks
Anxiety attacks
Social withdraw
Prolonged depression
Hallucinations (good luck noticing that)
>Are you ok.
I'm not terrible.
>I hope the voices aren't too bad today
It's been pretty calm in my head. Been having bad night terrors recently though.

>why do all of your friends hate you
Why are you projecting your insecurities onto me?
>Could it be what you have?
I'm not a doctor, but that sounds almost nothing like Schizophrenia.
Sounds like you've got a little too much angst going on though.

What have the night terrors been about?

what happens if you take 20 benadryl? its not like you can get schizophrenia twice, so do it for science.

Attached: 1500608537523.gif (1280x768, 979K)

they all talk about you behind your back

>What have the night terrors been about?
Good question, but one I cannot answer.
Only thing I remember is waking up soaked with sweat and my heart racing.
>what happens if you take 20 benadryl?
Dunno, and I don't care to either.
>they all talk about you behind your back
That's just human nature. What's your point?

Hello fellow schizophrenic. I hope you're well :^)

What are you gonna do about all your friends trying to poison your food??

Has any electronic device ever tried to communicate with you?

>Hello fellow schizophrenic.
Howdy, Schiz/b/ro.
>I hope you're well :^)
I'm okay, a bit tired.
Hope you're doing alright, too.

>What are you gonna do about all your friends trying to poison your food??
Guess I'll just die of starvation.
>Has any electronic device ever tried to communicate with you?
You're communicating with me through an electronic device, does that count?

have you tried dxm?

I have lots of dreams like that, I dont always remember what I see but I could always remember what I felt during it.. it's weird tbh When were you diagnosed with schizophrenia and how did you feel about having it, did you always feel like maybe something was off

>have you tried dxm?
Nope. I don't use any sort of medication at all.
Not even for recreational reasons.
>I have lots of dreams like that,
That's pretty common for dreams. It has to do with how your brain processes information whilst you're unconscious. When you can remember your dreams visually it means you were lucid dreaming. Although not necessarily in control of what's happening.
>When were you diagnosed with schizophrenia
When I was 21ish, about 6 years ago.
>how did you feel about having it
I didn't feel anything about it.
>did you always feel like maybe something was off
I always knew something wasn't right about me, yes. I never really knew what though. I've always just sort of been an outcast.

ever feel the need to kill yourself?

>ever feel the need to kill yourself?
Doesn't everyone at some point? I mean, look at the world we live in today.
I don't trust someone who says they've never thought about suicide.

When you hear the voices do you hear them in your head or with your ears

>When you hear the voices do you hear them in your head or with your ears
Both. It's almost as if the sounds leak out of my head into the real world.

Attached: 1471117644240.jpg (676x1000, 647K)

I hope you are well friend. Just make sure if things ever get too bad, to start taking medication for your issue. It's always tragic to see somebody lose themselves to schizophrenia.

Do you like the Monogatari series

>I hope you are well friend.
Could be worse.
>Just make sure if things ever get too bad, to start taking medication for your issue.
I most likely won't do that.

Do the pictures you’re posting along with your replies mean anything significant to you? Or are they just random pictures?

>Do you like the Monogatari series
I do. I haven't seen the entire thing though.

Attached: 1471450029762.png (708x535, 467K)

ever do anything dumb/regrettable while having an episode?

Do you have a job or are you going to school? What do you do in ur free time

>Do the pictures you’re posting along with your replies mean anything significant to you?
Sometimes. They hold a story of their own, deeper than you can see. But not always.
>Or are they just random pictures?
Sometimes, yes.
>ever do anything dumb/regrettable while having an episode?
Obviously, user, obviously.
I cannot think of any specific instance though, sorry.

How did you find out you had it?

>Do you have a job
Nope.
>or are you going to school?
Nope, I went to college for a year. Couldn't stand it.
>What do you do in ur free time
Play vidya, shitpost on Yea Forums, browse youtube.
>How did you find out you had it?
A psychologist.

Attached: 1471473468911.jpg (1024x691, 80K)

Fair enough, What led to you going to the psychologist?

Yeah. I had a hunch. That’s why I asked.
I do do have another question.
I recently experienced drug induced psychosis, it was fucking intense and I feel like I never really came back from it... into what could be considered, normal... default state of mind. Should I be worried?

Why wouldn't you? You should try to stick around as long as you can.

Attached: Cirno.full.1109864.jpg (900x1200, 192K)

>What led to you going to the psychologist?
Sleep issues combined with paranoia were what initially lead me to see what was up.
I've had both of those issues most of my life, but when I turned 17 or so they got progressively worse.
>into what could be considered, normal... default state of mind.
Are you still using that drug? If so, you should probably stop. permanently.
>Should I be worried?
I can't tell you what to feel, user. Drug induced psychosis will mostly go away on its own if you stop using though.
>Why wouldn't you?
I don't like medication.
>You should try to stick around as long as you can.
Medication isn't going to change that though.

Attached: 1471472511520.png (927x617, 826K)

I'm calling bullshit right here self diagnosed faggot. If you don't remember anything about a night terror then you don't know what a night terror really is.

>If you don't remember anything about a night terror then you don't know what a night terror really is.
What you're thinking of is a NIGHTMARE. Not a night terror.
Do some research, fool.

Attached: 1471472547798.png (1419x822, 1011K)

No. It was combination of 2 drugs that caused it. I don’t use either of them anymore. Stopped that day with both of them for good. I knew I had to as I do now. Never coming back to either of them. But.... something is just off. There are night where I can’t sleep at all. So I just don’t, there are nights when I lucid dream out of nowhere and there are nights when I sleep like a baby. It all started after that night. Guess which one is this one.

>I don’t use either of them anymore
Well, that's good at least.
>It all started after that night
Psychosis does that to you. You won't really ever be the way you were previously. The chemical makeup of your brain has been altered. After enough time passes (I think it's something like 3-6 months) you'll return to a fairly normal state. But it'll never be exactly as it was.
>Guess which one is this one.
wat

Attached: 1471473740370.png (1807x953, 1M)

That’s what I was thinking. I always wanted to change somehow. But I didn’t imagine it will be like this. So I’ll just have to accept the change I guess. Thanks for shedding some light for me onto that.
>wat
Nothing, just sleep deprivation makes me write bullshit.

>But I didn’t imagine it will be like this.
That's how change works. A small change can lead to a big change without anything really happening.
>Thanks for shedding some light for me onto that.
No problem.

You do realise that said medication might help you right? Ease your state you are currently experiencing. Why don’t you at least try? Is it because you know you might / will be dependent on the medication from that point on?

When will you accept that Marley is better than (You) in every way?

Attached: 953DF6B7-839D-4711-9DA0-C91BBF40CE6D.png (204x599, 123K)

are you delusional? what are they?

>You do realise that said medication might help you right?
>might
It might make me gain 50 pounds.
It might make me better.
It might make me worse.
It might not do anything.
>Why don’t you at least try?
I've seen too many people on antipsychs.
I don't want to spend a year trying cycling through ten different medications to find one that is is the least horrible.
I don't want to be a zombie.
I don't want to deal with side effects.
>When will you accept that Marley is better than (You) in every way?
I don't even know who that is.
>are you delusional?
Not at the moment.
>what are they?
What are who?

Attached: 1530664809397.jpg (1918x812, 396K)

Understandable. I would take the same decision as you. Godspeed user. May the state always be in your favour if there even is such a thing.
