You have to view this a temporary set of circumstances. The key here is to realize the situation you are in (which you have), and then formulate a plan to get yourself out of it.
The goal here is to not limit any future pathways. i.e. don't smoke weed or do stupid shit that could prevent you from making your get away.
There a multitude of jobs that can get you out of your situation. Have you considered joining the military? the coast guard? You can travel, learn a skill, and get your college paid for.
There are job opportunites in Alaska. Like right now they are hiring people with no skills to shuck crabs and other seafood. They pay for room and board and you can make some cash, get out of town for a while.
There are ranch hand opportunities in Australia.
There are numerous work-colleges like Berea University and College of the Ozarks that are tuition free if you work at the campus.
There are English teaching opportunities abroad.
There are many ways to change your situation. Obviously the town aint changing, so you must change. My best advice is to not fuck it up with drugs and trouble. Search man, search the internet for the first step, job or opportunity then build on that.
