I assume this is more of you wanting to do a cash advance OP. Most credit cards will allow you to do a cash advance up to a certain amount. Companies that send cash from one person to another would never allow use of a credit card because it enables fraud and illegal activity. Hope this helps OP. But sorry, you’re really not allowed to do what you’re asking. You may be wanting to do this for a legitimate reason but it puts too much risk on the companies that transfer money because

1. It enables fraud
2. Charge backs could happen and they’d be screwed.

Also, OP why are you using a credit card to pay someone back? If that’s your only avenue then you’re only going to screw yourself more.
