Toothpaste never does anything for stains on your enamel. Whitening products only works so well. Professional whitening at it dentist office is the only thing that's actually legit

Colgate freshening white, Colgate tends to be pretty good with their medically cleared toothpastes aswell, so I'd start there friend.

yellow teeth are the result of the enamel getting thinner (the yellowness comes from the inner tooth colour shining through). there is not really a "cure" for yellow teeth, as every method only further wears out the enamel, thus resulting in even yellower teeth over time.

prevention is the best method, don't use whitening toothpastes, make sure your toothpaste has fluoride, don't brush your teeth instantly after eating/drinking something acidic like fruit or soda (and don't have too much soda at all for that matter)
