You are pretty. I suggest adjusting the angle of the eyes of the character on the right. They can be rotated left slightly and the right eye should be lowered a little. The mouth can also be rotated right ever so slightly so it lines up with the jaw.
The left character's mouth should also be more aligned with the jaw. It is at an angle which is not anatomically correct. If you don't care, however, it still looks pretty.

Roar speech bubble would do best stretched cross the top of the image. Covering the user face a little. This shows it is a striking premise and, being at the top, will be the first thing people read. The other text can get put lower, between pluggo and user.
Bleh, colored in my Lopunny gal but very unsatisfied with the colors. Maybe I should have stuck with my pack of 72 cra-z-art color pencils for more color variety. I may post another coloring tonight with those pencils and see how it goes

Those speech bubbles are absolutely terrible. Apologies for being blunt. Even a yelling, striking, speech bubble will have some sort of uniformity. I suggest looking up speech bubble varieties. It is also hard to read who is saying what. You do not properly define the tail of the bubbles. I would also stretch the roar bubble horizontally over the top. Put it higher. The less word wrapping text, the better. Look into typesetting. If you look into scanalator guides, there are simple to understand guidance for typesetting. Bonus: I want to kiss Pluggo on the nose

Sorry, I only have access to mspaint right now. I would suggest something like this, bubble position wise. Remember that speech bubble tails are better to be thin and should always point towards the speaker's mouth when applicable. The roar speech bubble looks better than it did though! While a yelling speech bubble will still have some semblance of uniformity (which isn't a rule either), the text inside can look however you like as long as it can be read. Typesetting-wise, the roar is much better paced now. It just needs a more impactful font. This roar bubble would also make a better impact, stretched across so it covers the other characters a little bit. It implies it is loud enough to stand out and it's the only thing the characters (and by extension, the reader) can hear at that moment. It shows it is a striking moment, much like a loud roar would be. To follow the mood, I would make pluggo's bubble less round as well. It would show a more clear reason for user's discomfort and it looks like she's yelling already as well. It could be a more subtle, yelling speech bubble. To not take away from the impact of the other. I hope this all makes sense.
