Traditionally the scam works the other way where you reverse the paypal payment or call your bank and reverse the transfer to paypal after you receive the goods. This seems to have it backwards

I think it's more likely you've got someone selling an already redeemed copy or a typo but on the off-chance it's not I'll offer to buy it if you tell me where it's being sold and then promise to give you the $15 you've asked for, plus 5% of whatever I sell it for
The reason I can't simply give you money for the cards is that my amazon is in GBP and despite having more than a grand in USD on paypal, I can't accept or use USD cards for anything unless I use a delivery service which would cost more than $25 anyway

A quick simple one-
You can't send lithium ion and/or some polymer batteries through mail in most places unless they're contained within a device that's been certified. Therefore, buy any item that contains said batteries and return it within amazons window, let support know you can't mail it back because the mail service wont accept it. If the device is less than circa £30 they'll tell you to keep it

Another one using returns is to buy two similar/indistinguishable items and return the cheaper one in the box of the more expensive one. If you use a tiny bit of effort and replace packaging/decals/etc you can return a knockoff item you bought for $50 as a $500 item, at worst you get a banned account on amazon and use a different card next time

You can get free items on amazon by simply having a high review score and your email address on your profile. Companies will ask for reviews once you're ranked high enough. I actually get paid 3 times for this because they refund the cost of the item, pay me £x in addition for my time and then I sell it on ebay/wherever. If it's a shit item I also occasionally call amazon up to 12 months later to use the warranty/guarantee offer listed on the product page (many shitty chinese sellers have this but are no longer in business x months later so amazon just accepts it if they don't respond)
Dunno why I'm giving these away. I mainly use them to get free stuff rather than make cash but I know the top X reviewers on amazon basically make a full time living from it to give you some idea

I've heard of this to an extent. I know you can be referred in by some people who are already doing it. I've been putting it off because the items seem shitty overall but maybe it'll get better the more reviews you do? I know the people I know who do it don't get paid, just reimbursed.

Yeah, once you've got a top reviewer icon you'll get a few emails every day and you can afford to be picky
