IF that user is still here, or anyone else wants some help. I can try to describe an exercise to you. It sounds silly, but the WORST thing that can happen if you try to do it wholeheartedly is that nothing happens and you feel a bit silly. Best case scenario, you feel better.

I have slept with one of those microbead pillows for a long time now, and I find it difficult to sleep without them now. If I cant sleep with them, I will use a pillow or some other object in its place. I dont put my head on them, I just cradle it in my arm and hold it close. I CAN sleep without it, but it feels weird and uncomfortable. Sometimes I think of it as a person.
