If my dad cheated on my mom and we have definitive proof (photos), can she win the house in the divorce? Both of their names are on the house, but living together with him has really taken a toll on my mom's mental health.
We can safely live and support ourselves without him so money isnt the issue. I just dont want to have to sell the house because of his refusal to give up his half if it. So can she win it through divorce?

The most difficult case for me personally was when I worked at victim's advocacy and I found out my "victim" who pressed charges against someone was in a gang and murdered people in drive by shootings and brought drugs in from cartel in the suburbs
