How do I clean inside properly?

The white stick is just a little heater to worm up the hole. I would not use it to try and dry. I know some others use an aquarium pump to dry out their dolls.
I would not worry too much about the color fading, the color will fade over time no matter what you do.

are they creases or fissures? if it's just creases then mineral oil will help as well as wrapping the area in a hot damp cloths for a while should help return the TPE to it's original shape. If it fissures or tears then you may be able to fix it with a heat gun to try and melt the TPE back together.

Sounds like pressure creases, I'd rub a little oil in and sort of massage the area for a bit to try to get it out. as often as you can. It may take a little time. Also make sure that there isn't anything on her too tight. if you wrap her in a blanket or something and keep her in a box then if it's getting pressed into the TPE it can leave creases.

yeah TPE. probably cheap TPE but TPE nonetheless. Overall the skin was pretty terrible to deal with. Collected dust and random hairs like crazy. Leg joints starting to tear their way out. I've only actually fucked the doll maybe a dozen times and that's pushing it. I cleaned well after except for the last few times just kind of did a half ass job and was getting tired and demotivated by her quick loss of quality. In the process I've already bought masks, a bunch of soldering irons with those flat tips and a heat gun, and I'm planning on cannibalizing a torso for extra filling material. The reason I've not gone through with it is because I really don't want to deal with the toxic fumes that come from melting TPE, and the rips in the armpits are pretty large so I know it's not gonna be some small operation like in the video.
